A little about me personally…

      • I am married
      • We have 3 kitties (our furry kids)
      • I love kayaking, bike riding and ballet, jazz & tap dancing
      • I have more computers than pairs of shoes
      • I love the Muppets!

Meet our kitties… allkitties_matte_white

This is Hugo when we was a a little kitten.  He has nerve damage in his back legs, so he cannot jump very well, but he loves to play!

This is a picture of Hugo at the Cat Hospital.  He was left outside in freezing temperatures by his previous owners.  We adopted him and his Mom, Ella after they recovered.

Hugo does all kinds of silly things, but we still love him so much!

This is Ella.  She is 4 years old and is Hugo’s mom.  She takes care of everyone!  She is a “Chocolate Tortie.”  She is the sweetest little kitty.

She was found by a Lansing Veterinarian outside freezing with her kitten, Hugo.

She doesn’t have a voice, but sometimes she squeaks!

This is a picture of Simon’s first birthday party.    We rescued Simon from an special organization that rescues cats & dogs and puts them in foster care until they can be adopted.

Simon has a broken tail (90 degree angle!).  Sadly, Simon was diagnosed with kidney failure.   He is a very happy and brave little kitty.  Simon passed away suddenly the last week of Sept. 201o.  He was just shy of his 3rd birthday.  We miss him dearly and my past students love to see his picture on our blog :)

Here is IVAN!

Ivan was found in Mrs. Kiernan’s backyard.  He was very hungry and needed someone to love him.  He fits perfectly into our furry family and gives Napoleon a best buddy to play with.
